2860 Maybank Hwy, Johns Island“Mackenzie is the best ever!!!! I had never done personal training so I was nervous to start. From my first session I instantly knew I would be hooked! Mackenzie took the time to sit down and figure out what my goals were and what exercises I liked and didn’t like. She never fails to push me, encourage me, and follow up with me (even when I don’t respond promptly…. Sorry Mackenzie). She makes working out weekly both fun and effective- I couldn’t walk for a week after first session, but now! It’s one of the only things that gets me to wake up at 6 am on a day I’d typically sleep in. I joke with my friends that 30 minute sessions aren’t ever enough- not because the workout isn’t long/hard enough but because we don’t get to chit chat enough!!! Can’t recommend this gym or Mackenzie enough!!!!!!!“

They are MIRACLE workers….Kirk, Nick , and Matt. Go once a week , play pickleball 3x a week, am 65 yrs old , and the nightly pain down my legs and debilitating pain with certain movements are GONE! I cannot stress enough how they really know what they are doing and it works ! I physically feel like I did in my 30s. THSNK YOU Stretch Effects.“

“I used to hate typical gym workouts, but Colin has completely changed that for me! I bought some equipment that we use in our sessions, and I actually use them at home on a regular basis! They don't just sit around collecting dust like the jump rope I bought during the pandemic.
He knows how to tailor your workout, not only your goals, but for your personality as well. He meets you where you're at, and he's mindful of your mental health as well as your physical health!
