About Compass Fitness
Compass Fitness offers a unique semi-private training approach that combines the benefits of personalized fitness plans with a sense of community. Really happy working with Scott and Will so far. They have a very comprehensive approach, great onboarding, and clear communication/expectations.I've seen results within my first month! They have catered my routine around the results I want and took into consideration past injuries.. which is vital. They've made it so that fitness can be part of my life again with flexible scheduling. We started small and have built up to a point where I'm active 5 days a week again!! Scott and Will are two of the most dedicated and genuine people I have ever met. I'm currently 19 and in college, however I met them in 7th grade as an overweight kid who absolutely hated exercise. I've grown to know them both as a mentors, friends, and most importantly AMAZING trainers. It is truly difficult to articulate the positive impact they've had in my life. At 60 I had never had personal training on any level nor ever joined a gym. So I had some trepidation but so glad I joined. 6 months in. Scott, Will and Maddie are great and work to create an individual, ever changing program depending upon your desires and abilities. No judging, all shapes and sizes welcome.
