My experience at this place has been amazing. My trainer was Colin McDonough and he is a phenomenal personal trainer. Since day one we have been building a strong base for my fitness journey. The personal studio allows for 1 on 1 experience, with undivided attention. Not only were the workouts intense, but the scheduling offered a large amount of flexibility to work around any busy schedule. I would recommend this place to people at all fitness levels .

What a great coach! My daughter is an elite figure skater. She has been training with coach Colin for only a couple of months but can already see improvement in her strength and conditioning paying off on the ice.
