Logan’s motivation is… relentless. Like respectfully, she does not get tired of encouraging you, even when you are very clearly tired of being encouraged 😂
She has this calm, unwavering way of telling you to keep going that somehow overrides your entire brain. I’ll be mid-workout, fully checked out, and she’s like “you’ve got this,” and unfortunately… she’s right.
There’s no escaping it either. Her energy just stays ON, and before you know it, you’re doing things you absolutely didn’t plan on doing that day. Which is probably why I keep coming back—against my own better judgment.
