“One year ago I was a mom of 3 who just had my third baby and wasn’t feeling strong or confident. I reluctantly gave ISI Johns Island a try and after the first session I was hooked. I love being pushed to be stronger and work harder, and can honestly say I’m in the best shape of my life thanks to ISI and the motivation of their coaches and other members!”
“I have to come on here and say I love Hustle One. I started here in high school, and even when I decided to move across the country, dealt with financial instability being a broke college student, or just had life getting in the way, this place has always been my home base whenever I need to get back to my best self. The community makes you feel like you can accomplish anything. From the owner and his wife to the staff, I truly can’t say enough good things about the people here. You won’t find a better gym or better people outside these doors.
And I have to mention, I’ve gone around the block trying club Pilates, Orange theory Fitness, regular gyms, ClassPass, and I have consistently found myself crawling right back to this gym. There’s a reason for that. Hustle One is special.”
“Compass Fitness is an awesome spot to train. Will and Scott take the time to tailor programs to you and adjust things as needed, and they’re incredibly flexible with scheduling, which makes it easy to stay consistent and on track. It’s a welcoming environment with a great community of people all working toward a common goal. The programs stay challenging and continue to deliver great results. I highly recommend Compass Fitness to anyone and everyone!”
