“I can’t say enough good things about Stay Strong!!! I joined their remote program in July after having my first baby. I have lost over 25 pounds since my pre-pregnancy weight (55lbs since baby)! I love the accountability of the group app as well as meeting with my trainer weekly to go over my goals and nutrition. Whenever I am in Beaufort I love working out at their incredible facilities, but being able to be remote with them while in my own home and stay on track is key!! Thank you Stay Strong!“
