“10 years + and still going strong! Stay Strong is more than a gym, it’s family. My days are better when they start at the gym.”

“This is, hands down, the best gym that I have ever been a member of. They truly CARE about their clients. The trainers communicate so they all know what you need. My original intention was to stay good a year and then I would know what to do. Well, November 1st was one year and I am not interested in going... this is not just a gym - it's a family!”

“Came in from out of town. Used the facility for two days on a 24 hour trial pass for $10. Wide selection of machines and dumbells. Place was big and clean. Would be nice if they had more freeweight selection (a flat bench, rack, etc) but I get it, it's not their moto. Checked the boxes for everything I needed to workout on vacation.
I came in the morning during what would normally be work hours for most, so I didn't have an issue getting on the equipment I needed.”
