    I was having a hard time getting motivated after Covid and back to back kids. I am so glad Duff’s was recommended to me. Low pressure environment with high quality workouts! Highly recommend!

    Best workouts I've ever had! I go 3x a week for 30-45 min and noticed a huge improvement in my endurance, cardio, core strength in just a month. The trainers take time to get to know you, understand and accommodate injuries, and make sure your form is correct. The workouts are always different so I don't get bored, and they push you (nicely) to keep moving and improving. Great people, welcoming environment, awesome for 40+ folks (like me) of all fitness levels.
