“This is long overdue, but I can’t say enough about this team! We had a nasty plumbing issue that started on the top floor and made its way to the master shower. We thought it was a clog in the main water pipe going to the street. They found the problem in the front of the house! There was a slit in one of the pipes that eventually burst. They came an assessed the problem, and back first thing in the am. They literally had to tear apart the front of landscaping, but they put it back exactly and neatly as it was. I was very impressed by that. And we still have not lost a flower or shrub. Great work guys!“

“Recently we had an issue with a garbage disposal in our kitchen sink..We have a Service Plan on all our home appliances and after contacting them they recommended ECONO-ROOTER… who promptly came and installed a new one. The owner Joe Wassong was so wonderful… it was a tough job as the collar on the old unit had rusted and was very difficult to remove. “Mancill used to be a top notch company. Ever since Richard Mancill passed away and the new owner Jimmie Cummins took over the company has gone completely downhill. It is a shame that the name Mancill has become synonymous with poor customer service and shoddy workmanship. My elderly father's $500,000 house got flooded out after a sharkbite fitting that they installed gave way in the wall of his second story bathroom. I contacted the company and Debbie was extremely rude saying it wasnt there problem. She claimed that we were trying to scam them and told me to stop calling. My father ended up having to foot the bill of $10k to fix the damage caused by there shoddy workmanship. The plumbing company I called to fix the leak said only DIY hacks use sharkbite fittings and the water line should of been properly soldered back together since it was concealed in the wall. Never again will I use them and I tell my story so others dont get literally soaked like my father did by this company. Quite a few of my father's friends have said the same thing about the company has gone downhill since old man Mancill passed away and its no longer a reputable service provider.“
