“I had called three plumbers to get an estimate for a leak in my service line under my driveway. Of the three, Dan was the only one who shared his expertise in providing options for my situation. While debating my options the leak got worse and I had to shut my water off at the main cutoff. I called Dan back and he made it a point to get to me as quick as possible and got a temporary line in place so my family would not have to go without water while we got the job scheduled. Dan then came back out at a date and time convenient for us and completed the permanent fix, running a new service line from my meter, under my driveway to my house. He installed a new shutoff valve at the connection to the house and installed an enclosure to protect it, allowing easy access for any future issues. Dan is very professional. He shows that he cares about his customers and completing the job right, the first time. His knowledge, organization, and professionalism are unremarkable. Absolute Plumbing & Boiler will definitely be my go to for any plumbing needs in the future and I would recommend Dan to anyone needing plumbing help.

“We recently had our bathtub removed and a walk-in shower replacement. It took 3.5 days to complete. The technician was thorough and cleaned up the debris he accumulated. The shower is beautiful and very unique as it has a bench that can hold up to 500lbs. It has double shelving upfront and in the back. The rain noodle can be hand held. We were instructed on how to clean and use the equipment. The Thermal Expansion Valve failed and he had the new one over-nighted to him the next day. Before he left, he consulted with us about the water heater being 8 years old and it DID NOT have an expansion tank, so we decided to install a new water heater with expansion tank and all is good.
