A Good Plumber is a professional plumbing company that fixed a problem a previous plumber couldn't fix and only made worse. They responded to an emergency septic tank call very quickly, followed through, and completed the job. They went above and beyond in finishing the job, including grass seed to finish in the area that had to be dug up. They saved a family and their house when a water heater went out on Friday night and they responded promptly on Saturday. They discovered a poor and faulty install of the current water heater by a different vendor to the point the house actually had caught fire and scorched the wood framing inside the wall. They took pictures and was really concerned about safety. They immediately went into action to mitigate any further damage by shutting off this system. They removed the current water heater and exchanged it for a new correct model. They professionally installed the unit safely and compliant to code. Excellent service was provided, with a very upbeat personality. An issue with a toilet was handled very quickly and stayed until the job was done. They did an outstanding job replacing a faulty water heater and making sure any concerns were addressed.
