Starr Mechanical is absolutely amazing! They replaced and installed two very large units at my historic house that had minimal clearance in the alleyway between the neighbors house and my house - they handled the difficult install with ease and efficiency. I am now able to cool a 2900 sq ft house for less than most people can cool a 1400 sq ft house. They even did work at my office as well and it greatly improved everyone's comfort levels during the extremely hot SC summer. 10/10 would recommend!
Our upstairs unit (10yr old) and out of warranty was not cooling and condensation pan had over 4gal of water in it. Called Starr Mechanical Services and within 4 hours Technician Jeremiah Kubilis arrived. Tested Freon (low), troubleshooting air handler and used latest digital diagnostic equipment and detected the evaporator coil was leaking and needed to be replaced. Jeremiah ran and got the original equipment replacement part and had installed, recharged system and double checked for no leaks all in the same day! Very honest, reliable, responsive and efficient experience. Highly recommend Starr Mechanical Service!
Very highly recommended. They performed some general plumbing work for our house. Extremely professional and courteous with a quick turn-around time. Will definitely use them again when I need something done.
