We were having AC issues on a Saturday night. I called for help at around 730pm. 1 hour later Matt arrived ready to go. Problem solved wicked fast. The whole experience was professional. Matt was courteous, extremely knowledgeable and honest. I learned a lot about my cooling system and who to call when the heat hits the fan. Thank you.
Richard was on time and very cordial. He took his time to insure that I understood the process of changing the filter for our new system.
