“Last year, I contracted with Renuity to put a polyurea coating down in my garage. I was quite pleased with the results, so decided to get a similar coating for my patio. I was initially satisfied with the patio as well, but after about 3 months or so, I noticed what looked like a circular stain and a streak in the finish. Also, it appeared that some of the coating was missing in the spacing in between the different sections of the patio where I thought there should be some.

I made a warranty call to Renuity and was able arrange for an appointment to have someone come out and take a look. The company sent Brian out, who arrived promptly at the appointed time. He was professional and personable, and he inspected my patio. He couldn’t explain for certain the circular imperfection, but said that the streak looked like perhaps the previous installers accidentally dragged a tool through the finish.

Brian’s decision was to put down a fresh new coating on the impacted portion of my patio, and he advised there would be no additional charge to complete the job, which took about 2 hours to complete. My patio now looks great again! And I told Brian I really appreciated that he took the time to do an excellent job of cleaning up and removing the excess flakes from my grass.

The way that Renuity and Brian handled this is the way it’s supposed to be. They have a great product and outstanding customer service that respects the concerns of the customer and strives to achieve customer satisfaction. Colonial Woodworks has restored and repaired three pieces - my mother’s steamer trunk, from the 1930’s; , a 1940’s dresser with wood inlay and a marble top chest, Steve identified as handmade possibly during the 1860’s. Beautiful results for each piece.“

“It went great. The toilet ended up needing to be replaced as well. Kevin and Anne worked with the plumber to ensure that the toilet we wanted was able to be installed quickly. Kevin did a quality check twice after the repair was complete. He noticed that the floor wasn't quite right. It was fixed the next day. Anne was extremely helpful, thorough and explained every step of the process. They were able to work us in so that we had everything completed by Thanksgiving. It was a great experience.
