Where do I start. When Brian first came to the door the first thing I noticed was how polite and genuine he was. After welcoming him to my home and showing the area that needed repair, he did a quick assessment and laid out his plan. Then he went and grabbed some blankets to lay on the floor to cover the path he would be walking on. About two hours and 30 minutes later he was briefing on what to do and what was the issue with the shower.

Brian removed the glass panel by the shower door and installed a new one. It is aligned perfectly with the door. He also, recaulked the shower pan. I think he does excellent work. You should reward him because he is an excellent employee.
