Love my new walk-in shower... The price was reasonable, the installer was polite, efficient and worked neatly. The job was finished in about 6 hours and the installer cleaned up so it looked as clean as though no work was done there and my new shower gleamed! Good job!

The installer at this Bath Fitter was awesome, I believe Chris was his name. He gets 5 stars. During the sales process we asked the the sales guy (Brian Blum) about putting a shower head with a filter on and he said that they don't have any filters but would be able to put one on. He specifically said that they would have to do it in order for us to keep the lifetime warranty. Our unit was installed last week (very well done) and this week I'm calling to find out how to get the filter installed. Bath Fitter in Columbia, South Carolina is the best. They have professional employees from the time of the sale until the install. Everything discussed was completed. It took one day to complete my install. Beautiful could not ask for anything more.
