My first communication was with the owner’s wife and she was kind, very helpful and moved quickly. Her communication and follow-through were excellent. When you’re dealing with a plumbing emergency that really matters. They came out right away too and fixed the problem. And their price was considerably less than what I had paid another company in the past for similar work.
While he was here, I mentioned that I would eventually need a new water heater. He gave me a quick estimate, but before moving forward I still did my due diligence and got several quotes. Hollis was very competitive, and I felt good about staying with a local company that had already given me great service. When the water heater was installed, the final price actually came in under the original estimate. Overall great communication, excellent follow-through, fair pricing & quality work from beginning to end. I’m calling them again for another plumbing project. When you find a local company you trust and you feel comfortable calling back is a blessing!”
