I had a great experience with the builders of my new home, especially working with Luke. From the first walkthrough to the final walkthrough, Luke truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of.

He was very professional, attentive, and thorough throughout the entire process. During the final walkthrough, he even walked around with a paint can and personally touched up any spots that had been missed. That small detail really showed how much he cared about the quality of the home and making sure everything was right before I moved in.

I had a wonderful experience with McGuinn Homes, and I especially want to recognize David. I assisted my son, throughout his entire home-buying process, so I was present for the blue tape walkthrough and final walkthrough. David was extremely helpful, patient, and thorough. He took the time to answer our questions and clearly explain the warranty process and what to expect as a new homeowner.
What impressed me even more was that David’s helpfulness didn’t end at closing. He continued to be responsive and went above and beyond to make sure concerns were addressed and that Michael was taken care of in his new home. Adam and Parker were both amazing at explaining the buying process. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was done for final walkthrough and closing. We are in a great neighborhood as well!
