Douglas came out today to finish a job on one of our doors, he got the job done in a timely manner so as not to tie up one of our bays any longer than needed. Great communication with us also to let us know what he did with the motor!

My garage door would not open or shut. After unsuccessfully troubleshooting it, I called Overhead Door Columbia. Their technician, Cecil, responded quickly. It turned out that a section of the belt had deteriorated over time. Cecil went back to his office, returned with a new belt, installed it and then lubricated the necessary parts. Cecil is a professional having been with the company for decades. He was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Overhead Door.
