We were packing up to leave for Christmas vacation and our garage door jammed. We purchased this door from OGD a year ago and called them late yesterday morning. We are 50 mi. away but the tech (Kenny) was able to stop by after 5 and had the door fixed in less than half an hour. We have been very pleased with our doors to begin with and this experience with Kenny and OGD's quick response was equally positive.
I called Overhead recently to schedule an appointment, and they had a technician available the very next day, first thing. Cecil arrived promptly at 9 and was able troubleshoot everything that was not working with my garage. He replaced sensors and fixed remotes as well as rewired part of one of the overhead motors and got everything working in under 2 hours. He was great, he explained what was wrong and what he was doing to fix the issues and didn’t try to overcomplicate or upsell anything. He was knowledgeable and prepared, and had everything on hand to make all of the repairs that were needed.

Eric (installer) did an excellent job with the replacement of my garage door and opener! (former genie screwdrive system was 34 years old and ready for upgrade to modern Belt-drive system: LiftMaster - powered my MyQ wifi!). I love the much quieter operation, and wifi is cool - especially the built-in Camera!! Great service for a very reasonable price!
I forgot to get pic of new door, but here’s one with a ‘wish’ for some SNOW like this on Christmas, showing the similar ‘white’ style door - at right - that was replaced :)
