Our air conditioner went out unexpectedly over the weekend - which we were not expecting, as the unit is only 3 years old. We happened to call Dean Custom Air, as they were the number listed on the thermostat (and the company our builder used). From start to finish, the company was amazing to work with. The wonderful woman at dispatch made sure to get a technician to call us within a reasonable amount of time, and they worked us into the schedule that day (without an insane Saturday service charge). The unit went on the fritz again after some troubleshooting, and the technicians came back out twice to make sure that our family had air. It is currently cooling back...read full review
Haven was in our home today for our 6-month service call.He listened to our questions and had all the right answers.He did an excellent inspection by taking the time to check the unit. He is an asset to Dean.
Our home in SC was hit by lightning during a recent storm. Dean Air apparently had many customers needing their help, yet their employee, Issac, went far beyond his line of duty to answer my call for help and fit our home into his schedule…….on a Sunday, no less!. We are very thankful he could fix the problem. Issac is a very polite and professional gentleman and Dean is fortunate to have him on there team!Service: HVAC system repair
