Called Friday morning with an issue with cooling and was promised same day service. Was very impressed that a Technician arrived at 7:15 pm. Matt spent a generous amount of time in the attic looking for the issue. Offered a diagnosis and ordered the replacement parts and said the office will follow up next week with install date.
I know service demand is high and I’m very impressed that Dean Custom Air fulfilled their commitment even as the day ended.
There was a follow up call at 4:55pm verifying that I was still on the schedule to be seen that day.

During semi-annual maintenance visit my evaporator coil was confirmed as leaking and required replacement. Replacement coil was installed 3 days later very professionally. Excellent turn around service and all personnel involved!
