The response was immediate and within 24 hours the problem was fixed at a very reasonable rate.I then requested an estimate for a new system. I couldn’t be happier with the overall experience. Matt patiently explained the options to me, including the tax credits for two of the options. There was no pressure to buy the most expensive system. Scheduling happened soon after I made my selection. The service technicians (John and Ben) were on time, very pleasant, and courteous. John took the time to provide instructions before they left. They took the old system away, and left a clean work site.
