“I contacted Milford Floor Covering to see if they had a piece of hardwood floor stair nosing. I only needed one small piece and nowhere had any in stock. They went above and beyond by checking the warehouse for me, finding a smaller piece, and went the extra mile by sanding it down so I could match my current floor stain. I was able to pick it up within a few hours and they charged me well under market value for it. “We just remodeled our kitchen, it was a big project, involved knocking down a wall and combining our kitchen and dining room. Going into this project I felt the biggest decision I was to make, was who to pick to do the construction. Met with 4 other contractors before we chose Stanek Construction. Very relieved and happy to write, we did pick the right contractor. The project was completed on time and with precision. The guys working for him actually enjoyed their job and took pride in their work! They were courteous, informative , pleasant and neat. Cleaned up after themselves at the end of the day. This limited the amount of dust in the rest of the house. Also, put up plastic to separate the construction zone from our living quarters. This helped with the dust and gave us privacy. Of course, things did not always go by the book. But when things did go wrong, there was never any pushback, at all, about fixing the situation. Even when I realized that the island needed to be moved 12" after the floors were done. I was sick to my stomach, but Brian, said no problem, and it was moved and the floor was fixed. You can't even tell where it was patched. I found Brian to be a, let's get it done, and done right person, and very importantly, even tempered. He was good to work with. I would definitely call him for our next project.“

“Sandy at Franklin Tile Carpet One, great job from start to finish. We came in with specific tile styles and Sandy went above and beyond to find the unique tile we wanted. Then we presented her with the task of a Bahamian style tile for our bar! Again, they listened and worked hard with us to find this beautiful tile for our bar in our new addition. Everything ties into all the colors throughout the addition and house. This is there second job they have done for us, but the addition was a big job with a lot of moving parts.
