Sandy at Franklin Tile Carpet One, great job from start to finish. We came in with specific tile styles and Sandy went above and beyond to find the unique tile we wanted. Then we presented her with the task of a Bahamian style tile for our bar! Again, they listened and worked hard with us to find this beautiful tile for our bar in our new addition. Everything ties into all the colors throughout the addition and house. This is there second job they have done for us, but the addition was a big job with a lot of moving parts. Anthony, Jeff and their team are top notch, very professional, offer great quality products, and are competitive. They completed many projects for us this year on time and within budget. They give good recommendations and are easy to work with. Their installers are hard working and diligent. We would highly recommend them for any commercial or residential projects.

I wanted more of a selection than the big retailers and this is the place to go! Very wide selection of carpets you will not find in the large retailers. Price competitive and service was excellent! Jenn Guidi guided us through the who process. Knowledgeable and patient! Love our new runner! We will be back!
