Millena Flooring did a great job sanding and finishing existing hardwood floors. They were easy to work with and handled changes in scope, including repairing damaged sections of floor. Communication was great, with quick responses and clear answers to questions. The team did quick and thorough work, with little down time, and the end result was fantastic. After 30 years of paint drips, wear and tear, dirt and grime from kids and dogs, the floors looked better than when the customer moved in. They also refinished a 4000 sq ft house in a few days, sending pictures and videos documenting progress. Customers were given clear instructions on when to walk on the floors. A water damaged spot was made to look perfect without replacing boards, with no extra charge. Competitive prices beat everyone else, and the job was A+ from quote to finish. Customers were very happy and would hire them again, strongly recommending Millena Flooring for the next job.
Paulo and his team are absolutely awesome! My project holds a tight timeline that some might consider unreasonable, but Paulo stepped up and accepted the challenge. He and his team have completed in one day what most companies would take four or five. I highly recommend Millena Flooring to anyone.
