Ace Wood Flooring

Troy and his team installed our wood floors in our master bedroom. They were able to remove the old carpeting and install our new floor by moving the furniture around the room. This significantly lowered the stress involved of having to move the furniture before the install. The installers were great and did an awesome job installing our new hardwood floors. They were so accommodating and professional! We have used Ace for refinishing our first floor hardwoods. We would highly recommend them! Thanks you, Troy!

First I will say they do always answer the phone and were great with communication and being there when they said they would. I got 3 floors refinished, i wasn’t able to be there since I’m not moved in yet but gave them instructions on how to get in and that all went fine. I saw through my security system they did block off the kitchen so no dust could get in which was great, however for some reason they left the bathroom door open and there was dust everywhere! A mess. They also left the hallway light and bathroom light on after they left the first day and after they left the second day. So my lights were on until the third day when i got back to the house.
