The construction team was very courteous and careful to protect areas not involved in the construction project while they worked. They also consistently cleaned up at the end of every work day. All inspections were passed first time, with zero rework required. When we decided to make small changes during the project execution Tiago and Junia were very accommodating. Once construction was complete They made sure we were 100% satisfied with all finishes and ensured any punch list items were completed.”
