Rich owned the project from start to finish. He was able to work with me as we made adjustments. I could depend on Rich being here daily until the job was complete. They went above and beyond by checking the warehouse for me, finding a smaller piece, and went the extra mile by sanding it down so I could match my current floor stain. I was able to pick it up within a few hours and they charged me well under market value for it.
