19 Sharpe Dr, Cranston“I've experienced many yoga studios over the years, but Raffa is truly in a league of its own. From the moment you step inside, there’s a shift—subtle lavender in the air, soft light spilling across serene spaces, and a quiet hum of calm that washes over you. It’s more than a studio; it’s a sanctuary.
At the heart of it all is Christine Raffa, whose intuition and compassion have shaped Raffa into something extraordinary. I first walked through those doors feeling disconnected and unsure. Christine’s guidance—so steady, so wise—helped me not only reconnect with my body, but also rediscover a deep inner peace I hadn’t felt in years. Her classes are a blend of grounded knowledge, soulfulness, and genuine care. You leave the mat a different person than when you arrived.
What began as a fitness practice has become a community that feels like family. The encouragement, the laughter, the shared breath—it’s a reminder that we’re never alone on this journey.
If you’re looking for more than just a yoga class—if you’re looking for healing, growth, and connection—go to Raffa. Just once. You’ll understand.
The Practice is a transformative journey of self-discovery and personal growth. Kyle, a gifted yogi master, brings a unique flair to every session, blending wisdom with creativity to inspire and elevate.“

960 Reservoir Ave, Cranston“I am been suffering with back pain and other issues for 2 years. I tried multiple specialists and done multiple tests without any results. Dr Liu listens carefully and starts treatment. I spent thousands of dollars and wasted time with multiple doctors. Dr Liu after 3 visits has taken all my pain away and I am now building all my strength back. To any x athletes and people who have done alot of lifting, this is the place for you. Notice to Health insurance companies, save yourself alot of money and use this doctor first. Thank you Dr Liu. You are the very best in RI.“
“RI is doing it right! Fun classes, splendid location, and wooden toilets! My favorite teacher was Jessica, she was hot, had a nice pace, and likes dance almost as much as me. That said, guys, you need a cardio dance fitness class. Seriously, RI is a desert for dance, and if there's anyone that can pull it off, it's you!“

49 Bradford St #2, Bristol“Susie’s hypnotherapy sessions are a complete nervous system reset. Consistent hypnotherapy has changed the way I think, the way I talk to myself and has allowed me to navigate the hardest year of my life with peace and calm. I leave her studio feeling completely centered. Susie and I have been working together for about a year now and it gets better and better as she gets to know me better and my mind becomes more receptive to her voice. My body and mind relax into a semi-conscious state and Susie uses her words to gently influence my subconscious. Of all the biohacks and treatments and therapy I have experienced, this has had the greatest positive impact on my mental health. I highly recommend this service.“

36 Gooding Ave, Bristol“This was my introduction to yoga. I took my very first class here about a month ago when I first became interested in yoga. Looking back on it, it probably wasn't a great idea to jump into a one and a half hour hot yoga class for my very first session as I struggled to keep up and was sweating like crazy, but despite all of that, I still loved it and have been doing hot yoga classes ever since at a studio closer to my house. The staff working here are very kind and friendly and were there at the beginning of class welcoming everyone. Even though I couldn't keep up with the class, I was never made to feel uncomfortable about it. The instructor was great at teaching the yoga class. Overall a great yoga studio for anyone in the Bristol area!“

The studio is a very accepting community. There’s always diversity in the classes with people of all ages, gender, and ability. They do periodic fundraisers and food drives to support local organizations too. They have very fairly priced classes and memberships, studio is always clean, and they offer a variety of classes throughout the day. Great for a beginner, intermediate, or advanced yogi.“

“I came to Jessie after a week of nerve pain from an injury had gotten me all locked up in my left arm, shoulder, neck, and back. She's amazing. Through a combination of techniques we worked gently through some spasming muscles and tension in muscle groups I hadn't realized were all connected! The session was unhurried and she gave me a vocabulary for describing how things felt and techniques to maintain the level of relaxation we'd achieved. The pain was so reduced that that night I got my first full night of sleep since the injury!“

“I booked a 60 minute deep tissue massage for my partner and I. We were greeted with smiling faces and the most peaceful atmosphere. Laura and Jane were our providers. I told Laura all about my shoulder pain and she paid extra attention to what we talked about. I knew she really got into the fascia because that evening and the next day I was a bit sore, but that's a great sign it was an effective deep tissue. Today I woke up with NO PAIN in my shoulder. I feel better than I have in a long time. Can't recommend enough, we will absolutely be back.“
