They've seen me through the early parenting years, the peri-menopause experience, and bouts of back pain and they are my go-to source of self-care, physical therapy, cognitive challenge, and community. All the teachers are great and incredibly knowledgeable, and Kathleen's (who owns the studio) enthusiasm for yoga is infectious.“

“I can’t say enough about RIHY. I’ve only been coming here for 2 weeks and I’ve gone to 12 classes, all at the Providence location. I have never felt so welcomed in a yoga space before. I have taken Original Hot Yoga, Core Fire, Yin and Yoga for Hips and Back. I love all the classes I’ve taken, the teachers are so nice and kind. Sunny’s Original Hot Yoga class is my favorite!I highly recommend visiting RI Hot Yoga, I wish I found it sooner!“
