We opted for two private classes which were reasonably priced and tailored to our needs. As a teacher, Kaeli is warm and welcoming, knowledgeable, balanced, and evidence-based. After the birth of my child, she even helped get me in touch with some additional support. She is a wonderful resource and we are lucky to have her in our birthing community in RI.”

“I came to Jessie after a week of nerve pain from an injury had gotten me all locked up in my left arm, shoulder, neck, and back. She's amazing. Through a combination of techniques we worked gently through some spasming muscles and tension in muscle groups I hadn't realized were all connected! The session was unhurried and she gave me a vocabulary for describing how things felt and techniques to maintain the level of relaxation we'd achieved. The pain was so reduced that that night I got my first full night of sleep since the injury!”
