“I came to Jessie after a week of nerve pain from an injury had gotten me all locked up in my left arm, shoulder, neck, and back. She's amazing. Through a combination of techniques we worked gently through some spasming muscles and tension in muscle groups I hadn't realized were all connected! The session was unhurried and she gave me a vocabulary for describing how things felt and techniques to maintain the level of relaxation we'd achieved. The pain was so reduced that that night I got my first full night of sleep since the injury!“

“I've been practicing yoga at home for the last 3yrs but was ready for something new. When I saw that Create Power Yoga was having an open house on January 1st, I knew I had to go.At the open house, I was welcomed by Petra, the owner, and a few of her team members. I immediately fell in love with atmosphere. The space is absolutely beautiful and everything is so clean! I signed up for the introductory offer before I left and visited for my first class the very next day.In the last 10 days I've attended 7 classes and I already have 4 more booked for next week! I've had 6 different instructors so far and they have all been wonderful. I'm greeted by name upon arrival which is so nice and everyone gives off such a positive energy. There truly is a sense of community when you walk through those doors and that's exactly what I was looking for.I also love all of the different classes offered. From Hot Power Yoga to Restorative yoga, there's something for everyone! Additionally, Create Power Yoga has their own app which makes viewing their schedule and booking classes effortless.
