I came to Jessie after a week of nerve pain from an injury had gotten me all locked up in my left arm, shoulder, neck, and back. She's amazing. Through a combination of techniques we worked gently through some spasming muscles and tension in muscle groups I hadn't realized were all connected! The session was unhurried and she gave me a vocabulary for describing how things felt and techniques to maintain the level of relaxation we'd achieved. The pain was so reduced that that night I got my first full night of sleep since the injury!

Had a prenatal massage with Jessica *Jesse* and what a positive experience overall! Being a new mom to be, pregnancy weight has definitely changed the way my body moves and feels. The struggle to "deal with the pain" was taking away from basic activities and of course, getting rest at night.I was referred to Jesse from a friend, a new mom that previously sought support during her pregnancy and i'm grateful for the connection now made.Upon just the initial meeting, I immediately sensed caring, thoughtful, and relaxing soul that actually "listened, heard, and understood" my story of this journey and stage in life so far.
