I came to Jessie after a week of nerve pain from an injury had gotten me all locked up in my left arm, shoulder, neck, and back. She's amazing. Through a combination of techniques we worked gently through some spasming muscles and tension in muscle groups I hadn't realized were all connected! The session was unhurried and she gave me a vocabulary for describing how things felt and techniques to maintain the level of relaxation we'd achieved. The pain was so reduced that that night I got my first full night of sleep since the injury!
Had a prenatal massage with Jessica *Jesse* and what a positive experience overall! Being a new mom to be, pregnancy weight has definitely changed the way my body moves and feels.
