Beautiful space with lots of props with a very welcoming vibe. Classes with Kathleen are always challenging while accessible and she is an inspiring teacher. Her depth of experience in Iyengar Yoga informs her teaching. I always come away having learned a ton and feeling rejuvenated.

Wonderful yoga studio both in person and online and wonderful teachers. I’ve taken classes with Kathleen for over 4 years and I still feel like I learn something new every class. Her instructions are clear and precise, engaging and effective. And, she both encourages and challenges us to do more while allowing us space to make the poses accessible to our bodies.

I’ve tried other forms of yoga, but I truly enjoy Iyengar. The teachers guide you into the poses. The use of props are great and provide excellent support if one needs it. Although you’re in a group setting, it feels like a private class. I highly recommend! The physical and mental benefits are amazing!
