“Lori (a new plumber recommended to me) came as scheduled to check on problem with my mixing valve & brought with her a part that could offer a fix. Before she took it apart she suggested I try mixing valve in guest bathroom to see if that showed same problem. It did. She then said problem was not with mixing valve & went to cellar to check out hot water tank. She found the valve to my tankless water heater that had been was on. She turned it off & said wait a few days to see if that fixes the problem & that she would return if it did not. She refused payment saying there wasn't any work for her to do.
It did fix the problem. I put her on my vendor list & won't hesitate to recommend her to family & friends.

“I call this plumber for service after developing a small leak and received a pleasant greeting that immediately scheduled an appointment 7 days later, due to their busy schedule, which they explained. "Jack" showed up on time on the appointed date and completed the work in about two hours as a cost of just over $200 including materials. The only reason for not giving a 5 star rating was the 7 day timeframe for an appointment. Two other plumbers were call; one would not come out because I was not already a client.
