The Del Tufo's are saints in plumbers clothing! When my water heater burst at the seems last spring, the Del Tufos were there within HOURS with a replacement. They even lent a few blowers and fans to help dry out the basement for a few days. And this winter when our 15-year-old boiler kicked the bucket, guess who was there with a new one within a day or two - you guessed it; Del Tufo plumbing. They offered to lend us space heaters until the replacement could be installed and I couldn't expect anything more neighborly from a company! Honest and reliable. I'm not a fan of the chains, too many Junior people billing out at full rates. These guys show up with the right tools and more importantly the right skills to get the job done. Will repeat.Follow up 2022, had an AC unit fail, they responded immediately, and went out of their way to locate a replacement part, and avoided having to replace the whole unit. Still five stars!
