“I’ve been using Jody at Advanced Plumbing for over 10 years, and I can’t say enough good things about the service I’ve received. It’s rare to find someone who is consistently honest, reliable, professional and does outstanding work.

Every job has been completed with exceptional attention to detail, and I’ve always appreciated how clearly everything is explained before any work begins. I never feel pressured into unnecessary repairs, and the pricing has always been fair.

What really sets him apart is the peace of mind he provides. I know when I call, Jody will complete the work quickly and without issue. Last year while I was away on vacation the hose that supplies water to our refrigerator split, causing a water leak through the walls and floor into my basement. My son, who was watching the house while we were away, called me freaking out because he didn’t know what to do. I called Jody and after I informed him of the situation (I was in France at the time), he told me not to worry and that he would get over there right away to fix it…which he did. It would’ve put quite a damper on the rest of my vacation if I didn’t have someone I trusted so much to get the issue fixed asap. That kind of trust is hard to find these days, and it’s why I’ve continued to rely on him for more than a decade.

“Lori (a new plumber recommended to me) came as scheduled to check on problem with my mixing valve & brought with her a part that could offer a fix. Before she took it apart she suggested I try mixing valve in guest bathroom to see if that showed same problem. It did. She then said problem was not with mixing valve & went to cellar to check out hot water tank. She found the valve to my tankless water heater that had been was on. She turned it off & said wait a few days to see if that fixes the problem & that she would return if it did not. She refused payment saying there wasn't any work for her to do.
It did fix the problem. I put her on my vendor list & won't hesitate to recommend her to family & friends.
