My kitchen sink became completely blocked while cooking dinner on a Sat night. I waited until Sun morning to call. Scheduling was super easy. The technician arrived promptly in the requested window. He was courteous and efficient. He even left some enzyme cleaner fr free ( keep in mind they will offer to do a enzyme drain cleaning for an extra $100 after snaking the drain , though you can buy it on Amazon for a fraction of the cost). The only hitch was the cost -$695 - but you are obviously paying for the convenience.
Jamar is a friendly professional who was very knowledgeable and thorough. He diagnosed the problem and explained the approach to fix it and the costs involved.
