I have been with Hope Energy for 48 years. I had the best experience today with the technician, DALLAS, who did my yearly cleaning on my furnace. He was here for almost 2 hours. I heard banging a lot during that time. I went downstairs and he did many things that I was not aware of that was needed, as I am not a furnace tech. Today I spoke with a staff member by the name of Ms Christine. She was very helpful and dedicated to service to the customers. Customer service and customer satisfaction. Is the MUST important thing in today’s world. The customer is always right. Specially if you have a loyal customer that is with supreme hope/ energy for 34 years. Like my self. From the top to the technicians to the customer service mangers, to the staff members of HOPE/ SUPREME energy. I have to say that Ms Christine is above average is customer service and customer satisfaction. Thank you very much. Ms Christine for a job well done. Please keep up the good work. I recently had an indoor oil tank replaced with all new piping and lines. Very nice job. I was amazed how quiet they were and I was sitting directly above them on the first floor. Very clean work, absolutely zero mess left behind. Please thank the crew for repositioning the tank from its original spot. This move provided me with more storage space.
Thanks again,
Richard
