After an initial misunderstanding. The owner of the company personally reached out to me, took time to listen, and then responded by making sure to rectify the situation. He didn’t have too. But still did.

As far as the service, I’m on a lot that is surrounded by woods , I noticed a significant decrease in mosquito activity. Even had an outdoor movie night the following day. We were able to enjoy our yard.“

I never saw another mouse, and while we didn't figure out what was inside the ceiling, he sealed up the place great and the mystery creature didn't return either.
