Griggs & Browne services on rental property for mice and other insects. Reasonably priced. Since we set up a service contract there has been little if any activity with mice or ants or any other pests. I was recommended this company from a neighbor and I’m glad I called them.

Away on vacation when my new tenant, who hasn’t even finished moving in, reports seeing cockroaches in unit. Called G&B from Italy (6 hour time difference). Lisa in office , and Lenny, service manager, were able to schedule, do I site evaluation and quote all in the same day! Extermination can begin within a day -back to my vacation and back to a happy tenant! Thank you for all of your help ?Service: General pest inspection

Didn’t call me when the treatment was finished. Still getting bit by bugs, which they say is normal because they “haven’t eaten the poison yet.” Says on the paperwork that they’ll come by in 2 weeks after the initial treatment to spot treat. When asked about follow up, they stated only if there is activity? Is being bit still with bugs present, activity? Charged $100 more since initial assessment. The whole thing is a nightmare.
