“I noticed bats flying out of my attic gable and called/contacted a few companies. Baystate wildlife was the only one who got back to me besides one other that said they no longer handled bats. Their answering service answered on a holiday weekend and Dale texted me within a half<br>Hour to say he’d call the next day. He went over the process and cost and left it up to me what i wanted to do. I knew generally what to expect for bat exclusion and the price was right about what I expected. Remediation of my attic was not needed thankfully because that’s very pricy. Bats are a tricky thing bc they will eventually find their way into your home: although mine were hanging out under the fascia of my house, they had been in my attic. I saw the video the team took of my attic screens: one was intact but the other had gaping spaces in each corner where bats and squirrels could enter my attic. There were minor bat droppings near the one gable, so a bat had been inside at some point. The team installed wire mesh along the eaves and over the gable slats. One way doors were installed for any bat that they did not scare off (one was shooed away from the exterior). Aside from a slight miscommunication in scheduling, Baystate gets top marks from me. I was told if I see bats in the next several weeks to give them a call but otherwise they’d be back in a month to remove the exit tunnel/doors. Thank you!<br><br>The joys of living in New England!”

The owner of the company personally reached out to me, took time to listen, and then responded by making sure to rectify the situation. He didn’t have too. But still did.<br><br>As far as the service, I’m on a lot that is surrounded by woods , I noticed a significant decrease in mosquito activity. Even had an outdoor movie night the following day. We were able to enjoy our yard.”

“Our front lawn is in real tough shape as fungus and heat killed most of it. At this point we were not clients of them. I saw a video of the machine they use to over-seed and repair lawns. Quite amazing, it drops seed, and composted manure and then aerates all at one time. Josh and his crew did a very nice job. Where the machine would have difficulty safely going, mainly edges and around objects, they used smaller machines to do a complete job. Cost is not cheap, but very reasonable for what was done. You would be hard pressed to do what they do yourself for significantly cheaper. If you love your lawn and want to give it another chance contact these folks. As you can tell I highly recommend them!!”

“In late August, Chris came out to perform a bat exclusion for bats that were uncovered doing house renovations. Chris inspected every part of the house, top to bottom, inside and out. He identified the entry points and installed one-way doors to safely allow the bats to leave but not return. He also patched any other areas of concern to prevent future problems. It's been 3 months since Chris was here and there no more bats anywhere in the house. Chris knows bats. Highly recommend his company. Great service!”
