“A picture says so much more than words. My only regret is that I should have snapped a “before” photo. While admittedly my lawn wasn’t awful, it sure showed that a “home owner” was responsible for the treatments. I invested in product and tried to manage it, but I was clearly out of my league. I met Frank about 5 seasons ago and opted in for his pre-pay treatment. While my wife thought I was crazy handing over a check in January, I was pretty confident Frank would show up as he agreed to. Now, 5 years later, Frank continues to show up for all of his scheduled treatments. He always leaves a note that he has visited and even sends a note if he finds something in the lawn that might require my attention. I am beyond thrilled at how the lawn looks and the credit all goes to Franks regimented lawn care plan. If you are wondering about hiring Frank, trust me, this is money well spent. “We've had an excellent experience with APC!I'm very impressed with their 6 month retreat policy which they have honored, no questions asked, 4 times!Though they have come back, the treatments we received for carpenter ants have been very effective. After two rounds of treatment (which they told us to expect) the ants pretty much disappeared!A month or so later we saw one ant (compared to a few per day before). We called and they came out the next day to re-up our treatment.Then while remodeling I found an old nest, though no ants. APC sent out a technician the next business day to spray it just to be safe!And then when I spaced out the appointment time and forgot to be home, completely my fault, they came back again to make sure the job was done!I was honestly expecting to get some kind of charge for the second visit as I wasted their time with a missed appt, but nope, there was no mention of a fee, nothing but kindness and helpfulness!“

I was told termites were not a pest ?!?!?A 10 to Brad, Nuck and Kia a 0 to Kia’s management as no one would talk to me, insisting termites were not pests.At would be nice if Terminex would re-look at my situation and apply the $75.00 cyber incentive.
