Jose my technician came out and explained the whole process of eliminating my multiple wasp nests and offered additional advice on preventing them from returning. I really appreciate how calm and diligently he was because I was completely upset with dealing with this problem. Also, Guardian Pest Control was easy to work with and very accommodating especially since I needed to change my schedule time to another time on the day of service. This is my second time using Guardian and if I need pest control services again I'll be calling only Guardian Pest Control.
This 5 star rating is specifically for Jose Heard, who has treated my lawn for wasps 2 years in a row. Jose is on-time, professional, thorough, and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend working with him every single time.
Do you know what is NOT 5 stars? The process behind service. I don't know how Guardian's workflow is designed, but it's suboptimal. First, they sent a technician who couldn't address the wasp problem, even though I told them there was a wasp issue. Then they sent a sales rep to give me an estimate. THEN, they sent Jose. Why I need 3 steps to get to the actual service is beyond me.

Jose was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He carefully inspected my home, identified where the mice were getting in, explained the treatment plan clearly. He arrived on time, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood how to prevent future problems. I really appreciated his attention to detail and friendly attitude. I highly recommend them to anyone dealing with a mouse problem.
