To anyone looking to explore getting a pest exterminator, my experience with so many has yielded very little results. But with Guardian I truly have never had such a great experience and completeness of reviewing and addressing the property and the type of deterrence that they use. I spoke to Susanne to set up the appointment according to my needs and my tenant's needs in my multifamily house. She was so understanding and cooperative. The professional who addressed my property, his name is Christopher. He is fantastic as well. For the price, it is a bargain with the value they perform. This is a 10 star rating in my book.

Jose was great! He took the time to explain everything that needed to be done and made sure I understood the process. He was thorough and found exactly where the bees were getting in, which gave me peace of mind. I really appreciated his knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail. Anna is just simply amazing! She goes above and beyond and has a positive sweet attitude every single time. She even reached over to latch my gate before she left to make sure my dog wouldn’t get out in case I forgot. It’s not often you see women doing pest control and she is exceptional. Love her!!
