“We had Brian as our exterminator. He was great! Very professional, explained the steps he was taking to eliminate ants from getting inside our house. He was also here to check on our mouse issue in the basement. Again, he was very thorough. And just an all around nice guy. Have to say, I don’t get that vibe from most pest control workers.
The thing that impressed me most about Brian, was how he spoke about Pest Assassins. I asked him if he liked working for them and he said, “I love the company”. He talked about the culture and how valued he felt. And that it was a 100 times better than his former pest control company. Only reason I’m mentioning this is, I work at a college near Boston in the management division. Company culture is everything when it comes to making employees feel valued. Valued employees are happier employees and happy employees are better workers, more loyal etc., I am now a life-long customer of Pest Assassins based on my conversation with Brian. The work they do is excellent and I’m betting it’s a result of how they treat their employees.“
