“I took a shot in the dark booking with Kati. I had never met her before but her studio is located very close to my house so I figured I would give it a try. Let me tell you, this woman knows what she’s doing! I have had lower back pain for the past 20 years and not only was she able to pinpoint the location, she provided stretches I could do to help alleviate the pain while I’m at home. I have continuously booked with her and had many follow up visits. I would strongly suggest Kati Hersey to anyone looking for a great massage, or if they have any questions or interest in the other wellness services offered at her facility. However, if you’re looking for a quality deep tissue treatment to ease pain and relax, this will definitely exceed your expectations. They use acupressure and intense muscle release but definitely mention your preference for lighter pressure if that’s not your thing. I’m sometimes a little sore after but that’s a small price to pay for the pain and stress relief in my opinion. I love it here.“
