“Always a good visit with my dogs Pearl and Frank. Appts are scheduled well, so wait times are never an issue. Been taking our dogs here since 2020, and things were different during the pandemic (everyone was adopting pets, so wait times and scheduling appts used to be difficult), but I’m so happy we stuck with them because their staff has always been nice, caring and knowledgeable. Hence five very solid stars!”

Mercy Animal Hospital went above and beyond for my Goldendoodle, Penelope. Because of a severe allergic reaction she experienced to a medication at another veterinary office last year, I've been extremely cautious about any new treatments. Instead of rushing the decision to treat her seasonal allergies, the team took the time to thoroughly research whether an allergy shot would be safe for her and went out of their way to call the company of the medicine to be fully informed.
I've honestly never experienced a veterinary team that goes this far to ensure a pet receives the safest, most thoughtful care. Their compassion, attention to detail, and genuine concern for Penelope gave me so much peace of mind.
And according to Penelope, the treats were delicious too! ?
