Our angel pup Brody was absolutely adored by all of the staff at Mercy for just over 15 years. We eternally thank everyone there who treated or supported Brody in some way and for everything they have done for our family throughout his life. He loved you all and will certainly miss his sniffs out on the lawn before coming in for his appointments. A simple thank you doesn't seem like a strong enough statement for how much you did for us <3
To all the staff at Mercy Animal Hospital. You are the most compassionate, caring . Today was one of my worst day’s ever. I had to put down my 16 year old Shitzu Khloe. Dr and Erin for all you did for myself and Khloe. Let me keep her in my arms the whole time. Until she passed , and plus some. Will never ever forget what you did for us and Khloe. Thank you.

Well, I have gone to mercy animal hospital for 60 years or more.
Originally with the kind Dr. Couto ( probably spelt wrong) and then many years with Dr. McMillian. The service, advice, and medical knowledge was unsurpassed! The new owner(s) seems to be splitting her time and the hours have been reduced. I don't know where her focus is but she doesn't seem to know much about cats. We will continue with her unless we find a different Vet but we are hoping she gets her act together and focuses on cats and dogs. She has a lot to learn but we are confident that the situation improves.
