I've been going to this gym every day for the past 4 years, and I can’t say enough good things! The equipment is top-notch, always clean and up-to-date. But what really makes this place special is the people, both the staff and the members. It’s like a little family, full of support, motivation, and positivity. If you're looking for a place to grow stronger and feel welcomed, this is the gym for you! I also have memberships for my 2 teenage daughters who play sports. They absolutely love the energy and people there.

A good driving school for learning. Humy from the school was great in teaching some critical concepts of driving. Their VIP service for SAAQ test was the most valuable part for me on the day of my road test with SAAQ.

I highly recommend Dan. He is professional and treats his clients with kindness and understanding. He responds quickly to requests and at least twice he has treated me for severe pain of level 10 plus and when my treatment was finished I walked out with a pain level of 1 - which lasted. I.e the pain did not come back.I have no hesitation in recommending Dan.

LES Mécanique installed a new heat pump and furnace at our home recently. The team was a pleasure to work with, walked us through all the options available and shared recommendations. On the day of install the team was there on time and once finished cleaned out everything like they had never been there.

He was patient, very knowledgeable, and gave us a sense of comfort throughout the process, which is so important as renovations can often be stressful. Everything was delivered on time and they stuck to their promised dates, which we truly appreciated. Discussions with Derek and Gemma, the other owners, were also excellent — they were always quick to return our calls or emails and made sure we felt supported from start to finish.
