I called today, as a new client, to make a vaccination appointment for my two dogs. The receptionist was very kind, patient and gave me detailed explanations. I am very happy with this call!

Bambi had an amazing experience (as always) at Timberlea with the staff and vets. Dr. Glew really took her time and saw Bambi was a little timid and got on the floor to make her feel comfortable and really focused on making everything positive for her ! Took her time explaining everything to me as well and making sure we got what we needed out of our visit. Very personable vet , extremely knowledgeable and kind to the animals. Bambi’s been going there since she was a puppy and I’d never dream of changing.

Everyone is caring and willing to go above and beyond to make you, all of your furry family members, and every member of their staff as part of their team feel important and key. I am extremely grateful to Dr Glew and Dr Cote for setting the tone. You are all amazing.
