Xanthe cut my hair when I was 9yrs old, she also cut it today when I'm 39yrs old and a whole lot of times in between!I've also had my haircut there by David and love it!!!!Great conversationalists, super clean, super comfortable and professional atmosphere.To me, haircuts are about so much more than just the cut. It's an experience. The 15-20 minutes every 3-5weeks where you can just decompress and forget about your troubles. Kirkland Barbershop, David, and Xanthe provide that. The little details matter. My partner is on the spectrum so certain spaces can be overwhelming for him. I called and spoke to David before coming in and he was extremely accommodating to us and made an effort to keep my husband comfortable.When we arrived for our second appointment, David wasn’t there and I could tell my husband was nervous to have someone new cut his hair, but then David walked in which made us both happy ????????. David is the absolute best barber in West Island, he's off on Wednesdays, but I've tried several other barbers there and have always been happy with my service. I've been a patron for several years. The wait is always acceptable, as well.
