My Australian cattle dog was reactive to other dogs. I'd tried several approaches to train her with limited success. Michael coached me how to clearly communicate to her that barking, lunging, nipping was not acceptable and will not be allowed, using the e-collar, clear commands and moving her away with the leash. It's a great relief that this behavior has stopped and I'm enjoying my walks with her much more.

While other electricians refused to service individual homes because of the pandemic, they did, wearing mask and being safe. They verified each possible cause for the issue I had, identified a problem that I missed and follow through with Hydro-Québec, as the problem was with them. Very professional organization.
I went with Dusan to re due my rotting wooden retaining wall and stairs and am very happy that I did! He and his crew did an awesome job and he went out of his way to make sure that I was pleased with even the smallest detail!

Today I had an eye exam at IRIS Beaconsfield, and it was an excellent experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and kind, and the clinic uses high-end equipment. I really appreciated how they explained every detail of the exam as we went along. The optometrist took the time to answer all of my questions and address my concerns thoroughly. I recommend them 100%!
