We had an amazing experience working with Michael as our dog trainer. He was patient, knowledgeable, and really took the time to understand Roo and her personality. Michael explained everything clearly and gave us practical tools we could actually use at home, which made a huge difference right away. Roo made great progress and we feel much more confident as owners because of him. I would absolutely recommend Michael to anyone looking for a skilled and genuine dog trainer.

While other electricians refused to service individual homes because of the pandemic, they did, wearing mask and being safe. They verified each possible cause for the issue I had, identified a problem that I missed and follow through with Hydro-Québec, as the problem was with them. Very professional organization.

I always like to come to the GYM. It is clean, has good equipment, there is a good atmosphere. The trainers are cooperative and very diligent.
My 2 peeves of the month is regarding people who drop their Barbells or the plates of their machine even though there are a few signs on the walls warning people not to do that.
And the 2nd one is obviously for this time of the year about some people not taking off their boots when it is wet outside or snowy. The aisle to go to our lockers is wet, it is slippery and dangerous, and it gets our socks wet. It is always the ones who follow the rules who are penalised.
Still, the benefits of our Klub outweigh the inconvenience.
