The front desk girl Jessica who helped me get set up and answered my million questions was incredibly sweet, patient and non-judgemental. As a bigger person that's always self-consciousness at gyms, that sealed the deal for me. Her kind personality and help was the main reason I decided to stick with this gym long term.
