Joe and his son are in a class by themselves. Totally objective and impartial when they do an inspection. Joe is very thorough he checks everything, he was 100% correct on a minor fault on fireplace in my condo prior to purchasing it. He did an amazing job on a home I purchased as well. Gives a thorough report.
