It was very easy to communicate and organize a service call. The team was able to clean my duct from the inside but unfortunately couldn’t get the clog completely clear because they need to investigate the exterior vent. Since the vent is very high, it requires a scaffolding and the work needs to be done in warm weather so that the caulking can dry.The team seems very knowledgeable but my advice is to understand the costs associated with any possible outcome so that you can budget appropriately.

My dryer stopped working and through testing it showed 90% blockage in dryer vent. I called a bunch of places and after not hearing back or only being able to get an appointment weeks later, MTL Duct Cleaning answered all my questions, was here one hour later and provided a fast, efficient, and clean service. Also, it was a plus that the two workers were kind, respectful and liked my dogs. 10/10*also, this company quoted me $75 more but for the same day and so easy. I’m mentioning this because I would pay the extra fee again to have such impeccable service.

Came across this company for cleaning 3 dryer vents which needed servicing. Sean had his team at my triplex in no time. His team was right on time & very courteous & professional. They took their time & explained what needed to be done. I had one issue with a vent which caused condensation & they went the extra mile to address the issue. They went on the roof & verified the air flow of the vents which seemed fine. The good thing is they offer handy man services which is a good thing in case other issues surface.
