I did not use their service but their professionalism was something to note here. I was struggling with several issues in closing my pool where other companies wanted to charge just to come and identify the issue. Shawn guided me with a few options over the phone with regards to my liner lifting after the rainfall and how to remove the water behind... all of this over a 5 min phone call.
